DESCRIPTION

I worked within a subgroup of 5 students and a bigger group of 12 to design a tech-based interdisciplinary high school experience for the next generation, inspired by the methodologies of my own undergraduate course at the Iovine & Young Academy. My specific focus was research and content strategy for the courses and curriculum.

This is part of the founding material that will be implemented in Dr. Dre's and Jimmy Iovine's latest educational venture: a High School in the South Central area that embodies the same spirit taught at the USC Iovine & Young Academy. Since my participation, the project has evolved to include partnerships and donations from companies like Verizon and Adidas, and has been renamed Iovine and Young Center.
